We offer statutory agent services AND some optional services to the following:

• You already have an existing Arizona LLC. You either do not have a statutory agent or you want to switch from your current statutory agent to us.
• Existing Arizona corporation. You either do not have a statutory agent or you want to switch from your current statutory agent to us.
• Do-It-Yourself. You will be preparing your own documents to form an Arizona LLC or corporation. You want to hire us as your statutory agent. Note: we offer White Glove Service for new Arizona LLCs, but we do not offer that service for a new corporation.

• Foreign LLC. You already have an LLC in another state. You want to file file documents with the Arizona Corporation Commission to get approval for your foreign LLC to do business in Arizona.
• Foreign corporation. You already have a corporation in another state. You want to file file documents with the Arizona Corporation Commission to get approval for your foreign corporation to do business in Arizona.
